Ticket Sales

All ticket purchases are processed securely through our website. Ticket prices, event dates, and details are listed on each event's page at the time of purchase. Once an event has concluded or ticket sales have been closed, tickets are no longer available for purchase.

 

Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted at least 1 day before the event date to cbramble@bwventures.com • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days, less any nonrefundable processing fees. • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or requests made after the event has occurred.

 

Cancellations & Changes by the Organizer

If an event is canceled by the organizer, ticket holders will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future event. • If an event is postponed or rescheduled, existing tickets will be honored for the new date; a refund may be requested if the new date does not work for the ticket holder.
